Dalmore Villa gives the WOW factor – from the turn of the door handle, a very warm and hearty Scottish welcome awaits all our guests.

Fully air conditioned, tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard the Villa provides three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two lounge / dining seating areas, games room, full laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen accommodates generously a family of six in style & comfort to feel home from home.
The rear of the villa has an enclosed large private SOUTH facing pool / spa and deck with a shaded seating dining area. LED colour changing pool lights provide that additional magical atmosphere that delights everyone.
There is full access to an entire HIGHLANDS RESERVE community of golf, club house, tennis courts, large community pool, children’s enclosed play area, all within easy walking distance from the villa.

PRIVATE SOUTH FACING POOL / SPA AREA
After a busy day of activities or just needing a day off, the private pool and large spa invites you to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity and admire some of nature’s finest regular visitors.
Being South facing brings the Florida sunshine all day so be sure to top up regularly on SPF. An external wall mounted weather gauge / clock displays the outside temperature so there no need for guess work. The Spa is on a fixed timer. Pool and spa heating is available for the cooler months. A deck box has floats and pool toys that are replaced as required. Ample loungers / chairs with side tables are positioned around the pool side or stored.
LED magical colour changing pool lights.
Modern and amazing array of colours provide that additional peaceful and magical atmosphere to delight guests of all ages. A fixed pool timer operates the lights outside the covered seating area. Around the outer enclosure LED solar lights are placed to add to the theme along with plants / shrubs.
Shaded pool deck lanai dining
If respite from the rays is needed a full-size air-conditioned unit with lights is provided. A family sized table and chairs seat six comfortably. Additional pull-down blinds add to extra privacy for “al fresco” dining.

Lounge / Formal Dining Area
A comfortable seating area with two large lamps / tables and telephone. If peace and some time-out is needed, this is the ideal place. Fixed wall panel switches are located as you enter for both internal and external lighting. This is also where the user friendly keyless monitored security alarm system and air conditioning digital pre-programmed unit.
A formal elegant stone base / glass topped dining table seats six people with high backedc chair covers. An attractive and modern chandleir style lighting is above.

Kitchen / Open plan family room
A full family sized “Florida themed” kitchen with adequate utensils / crockery. Open plan and ideally positioned beside the family seating area. Double UK plug sockets, full size cooker, combi microwave, dishwasher, American side by side fridge freezer with ice / water dispenser, cordless phone, multi blender, digital coffee maker, toaster, Ninja Air-fryer and fire extinguisher are located. A large pantry cupboard houses cleaning equipment along with additional kitchen items/tablecloths. A tea pot and egg cups are a delight to find by many guests. Adjacent is an extendable table and seating area for six with a down light.
The cosy main family area seats six persons in comfort. A 50″ widescreen SMART TV is availble for entertainment. A Blu-ray recorder and selection of DVD’s is stored below in the TV unit. A large air conditioning ceiling fan with lights allows extra comfort. Oversized lamps and tables are positioned around the seating area. An uplighter also provides for additional lighting.

Laundry /Library and indoor games
Full sized washing machine and vented tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing board are located with shelving and trolly. A library with a wide selection of books for all ages include novels, biographies and specialist books, places of interest / maps around Florida that are regularly replenished to keep up to date with current trends. A varied selection of board games/ amusements is also available for all age groups to enjoy.
Games / Outdoor equipment
A hidden gem on rainy or relaxing days when additional entertainment is required. A full-size pool table, electric dart board and all accessories is provided with a couch and tables. For beach days away all that you would need is available, such as beach chairs, parasol, cool boxes and more. Community Facilities’ and necessary gear for use i.e., tennis racket and balls, basketball, fishing rod and other misc. equipment is located at the rear of the room that will surprise and please guests. A highchair and booster seat are also stored here along with cleaning tools and hoover.

Master Bedroom/ bathroom with walk-in closet
Located at the rear of the home is the elegant and spacious master bedroom. A super king size bed, bedside units with oversized lamps and radio clock alarms – 1 being dual USB point for charging devices a bedroom chair and a telephone. A large side unit with mirror gives adequate storage. A large wide screen Roku Smart enabled TV with remote control compliments the room perfectly.
Patio doors lead out onto the covered lanai and door leads into the master bathroom.
Master / family bathroom
The main extra-large bathroom recently upgraded with colour co-ordinated accessories. Attractive large unit with dual sinks standing below full size “MacIntosh Rennie” pattern corner glass stencils illuminated by modern drop leaf spotlights. A fixed medicine cabinet sits adjacent. Large disabled friendly walk-in shower with multi shower spray options and sunken bathtub sets this room. The toilet is partitioned separately within the main bathroom.
Hair appliances are available that include hairdryer, tongs, curl brush and straighteners.
A large walk-in closet with ample rails and clothes hangers with spare towelling / bedding is shelved.
A fixed digital safe box is in this large closet along with laundry basket.
Queen Bedroom with walk in closet /wardrobe
A bright and spacious queen bedroom. Integrated headboard with bedside units with lamps and clock radio. a matching large dressing table with large mirror. An up light provides additional light if required.
A large wide screen Roku smart TV with remoted control compliments this room beautifully. Full size air conditioning fan with lights provide extra comfort when temperatures are high. A decent size walk in closet has ample hangers and space and has a laundry basket and spare bedding.
Twin room
A bright and tastefully decorated room that is unisex pleasing. A large dressing table with mirror. A wide screen Roku SMART enabled remote-control TV. A Lamp and clock radio is shared along with a full-size ceiling fan.
A build in double wardrobe with hangers and storage space houses the travel cot, bed detachable toddler sides and spare bedding /pillows/ throws.
2nd Full Bathroom
A bright and modern colour co-ordinated bathroom that is shared by guests from both Twin and Queen rooms. Featuring a sink unit and mirror with strip overhead spotlights.
The unit lower cupboard has hair appliances. Full sized bath with overhead shower providing multi spray options.
A tall cupboard houses towelling and beach towels for sun loungers / beach days.
Highland Reserve Golf Community
Highlands Reserve an established community built in 2000. Many of the nine hundred homes back on to the well-manicured greens and tree-lined fairways of the golf course or are situated on peaceful streets and cul-de-sacs in small subdivisions with little traffic.
Guests staying here can use the fantastic facilities including a community swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings, slides and climbing frames.

Dalmore Villa Location
Dalmore -Villa is perfectly located for all requirements and trips away. A 5 minutes’ drive or 15 minutes leisurely walk to the neighbouring expanding shopping centre “Berry Town” where you will find Publix supermarket, medical facilities, restaurants, fast food takeaways, bars, bank, beauty/ hair salons and many other stores. Across the road is a CVS pharmacy with new food restaurant chains and general stores being recently built and opened for residents / visitors’ convenience.
Ideally located off the entrance to the U.27 with the 192 and I.4 a few minutes’ drive away. The main entrance to the Disney Theme Parks is approximately 20 minutes’ drive away as is Sea-World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and designer shopping malls and outlets.
